Porygon.

I always tried to get this. I spent a lot of times to pokémon game corner because of this. Unfortunately, it evolves only through evolution, so I switched platinum rom to evolve. (I started to play in 2017. There's no way to evolve in other ways.) My Lv.100 Adaptability Porygon-Z(named Error) is good boy...girl... whatever good kid...No Lv100 is not a kid. Nature is not so good, but not so bad. HARDY. and SOMEWHAT OF A CLOWN. About Porygon2, it's now in Leafgreen and Emerald. Nature are varies, so I don't remember.

Rotom.

I played Gen III-IV games and it was only available in GenIV of them... I can get DP/Pl... Luckily, I played Platinum, which can change its forms. (I don't like battle frontier neither link battle, so the form's removal is not my business. Meh.) Yes, prior to GenV is always Electric/Ghost type, but it's he..she... just it who threw the shadow ball to Elite four Ghost-type pokémons. I used some cheats to enter the room. Again, I started to play in 2017. No server, no event. OK? I hatched eggs because my rotom was gentle nature *sigh*. But hey, I won against elite four with this gentle rotom. But now Lv100 is my TIMID rotom's with GOOD PERSEVERANCE. Good defence? Well, HP IV really sucks.

And Gen V. I couldn't get it before the Hall of Fame, but I got the Rotom. And got a Ditto with 31 Sp.Atk IV and Bold nature. I also had to move timid Rotom via PKHex. (Because I can't use Wifi. I didn't change anything on PKHex.) And they're recorded on Hall Of Fame. FULL ROTOM TEAM! Yes, this is what I wanted. And OT ROTOM. Yes, it's my name in White 2! Oh thanks to White 2, in White, in-game traded Rotom's nature are always Gentle..

Skarmory.

First Skarmory was in Pokemon Soulsilver. In LeafGreen, I wanted Steel-type pokémon because of its defensive type effectiveness, but it was hard to find. The only thing I remember in there was "very finicky" and I guess it was not good one - didn't well in league battles.

I had no strategy, sniff. Yes, this is the first hall of fame in the game.

Many took about 20 hours, and I needed 5 times of it. Yes, I was n00b.

Later I found Steel/Flying is really good. I found shiny skarmory via poké radar, the IMPISH one with "Proud of its power". And in Emerald, I sweeped (?????? well... because that was ADAMANT one.) with this defensive one.

They sweeped all of mine, except this Skarmory.

And I sweeped you with the one. Hehehe.

It took Cradily on the cave(Yes, the boss trainer battle) and well, the Level difference was +10 to Cradily. Actually I waited move Night Slash in Emerald, but the move is introduced in Gen 4.
So what is the Platinum Shiny Skarmory doing? It moved to White 2 and is playing with others. I didn't use many times, but sure, it's doing well. It can take Wild Charge and some fire-type moves, the super effective attacks.

(Of course this is Platinum. The time? I made it after doing many things, including buying all furniture and digging underground :P)
